For busy-brained people
Ideas to Impact
Finally, a way to make meaningful progress on what matters most, in a way that works for your brain.
There’s something you want to make happen
It might be growing your business, writing the book, finally building habits that stick, sorting the house, learning the thing, or making room for a project that’s been waiting in the background. It might be something big, or something that just matters to you. The specifics don’t really matter. What matters is that your brain keeps coming back to it.
Every so often you decide this is the week. You make a plan, feel a flicker of excitement… and then life gets life-y, something more urgent happens, or the whole thing suddenly feels too big to know where to start.
You know it matters. You know you’re capable. That’s exactly what makes it so frustrating.
Ideas to Impact, at a glance
This is for busy-brained people who have something they want to make happen, and are ready to approach it differently.
Together, we’ll find a way to make real progress that works with your brain, builds on your strengths, and keeps going when life inevitably gets in the way.
- What it is → a three-month programme built around a simple rhythm: Uncover, Reset, Experiment.
- How it works → six guided Practices over three months, plus coaching calls, body doubling and a community that gets it.
- What you’ll leave with → your own Executive Function Profile, practical strategies, and real progress on the thing that matters.
- The price → £450 founding member price, then £150 a quarter if you choose to continue.
- Who it’s for → busy-brained people who have something they want to make happen and are ready to approach it differently.
- How to start → tell me a bit about what you’re working on, and see if it’s a fit.
Why trying harder hasn’t worked
We’re taught that if something matters enough, we’ll get on with it eventually. Which sounds reasonable, until you’ve spent months, or maybe years, trying to start something you genuinely care about…
When willpower and the perfect system don’t work, it’s easy to assume the problem is you. But it isn’t.
Here’s what’s actually going on: the more something matters, the easier it is for your brain to make it feel risky. Somewhere along the way it learnt what feels safe and what feels like a threat, and it’s been trying to protect you from those risks ever since. What may have been helpful in the past isn’t necessarily helping you now.
Just as those patterns were learnt, they can be unlearnt. Pair that with ways of working that actually fit your brain, and progress starts to feel very different.
A different way to create momentum
Instead of hunting for the perfect system, you’ll start building real evidence about what works for your brain, one small experiment at a time.
Every two weeks, we’ll explore one of six core Practices, each following the same simple rhythm:
Uncover
Understand what’s really going on
We’ll look at what’s getting in the way, whether that’s an executive function challenge, a subconscious pattern or belief, or a way of working that no longer fits your life.
Reset
Create the conditions for change
We lower the internal friction that makes progress feel harder than it needs to. That might be calming old patterns or changing the conditions around you. Often it’s both.
Experiment
Build your own evidence
Rather than aiming for perfect, you’ll try one small, doable experiment in real life to find a way of working that actually fits your brain. You’ll create strategies you can come back to, whatever life throws at you.
What your first three months looks like
Lasting change rarely comes from huge leaps or perfect plans. It comes from small experiments, supported by people who get what you’re trying to do.
Before we begin
We’ll start with a 45-minute 1-to-1 Getting Started Session. Together we’ll explore the thing you want to make happen, look at how your brain naturally handles planning, prioritising, starting and keeping going, and spot what’s most likely to get in your way.
You’ll then get your personalised Executive Function Profile, which will explain why some things have always felt easy while others take so much more out of you. It becomes a practical guide to working with your brain instead of feeling like you’re working against it.
You’ll leave with greater clarity, a clear first step, and a much better sense of how you’ll approach the next three months.
Every two weeks
We’ll move through one of the six core Practices together. Each one includes a short teaching, a workbook and a hypnotherapy recording. But the real learning happens when you take it into your own life, try one small experiment, and find out what works for you.
There’s no expectation that you’ll make every session or finish everything in order. Life gets busy, energy shifts, and plans need to flex. This is built for real life, so you can engage with it in a way that genuinely works for you.
The bit that makes the difference.
You’ll be surrounded by other people who just get it.
You don’t have to explain why something that looks simple has felt impossible to start, or why you went quiet for a week because life got in the way.
Alongside the Practices, you’ll have coaching calls, body doubling sessions and a supportive community where you can ask questions, celebrate the wins, work alongside other people and keep building your own evidence.
There’ll be times when your own momentum dips, and that’s just part of being human. On those days, the people around you help hold it until you’re ready to pick it up again.
If you’re already imagining the thing you’d like to make happen, you don’t have to wait until you’ve figured it all out before getting in touch.
What you’ll leave with
Ideas to Impact isn’t just about making progress on one thing, although that matters too. It’s about leaving with a way of working you can come back to whenever life hands you the next thing you want to create, change, or sort out.
By the end of your first three months, you’ll have:
- Your personalised Executive Function Profile so you’ll understand why some things come naturally while others have always taken far more effort than they should.
- A deeper understanding of how your brain works, and practical strategies for working with it.
- Six core Practices to come back to whenever you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure where to begin.
- Your own evidence about what genuinely helps you make progress, built through your own experiments, not someone else’s rules.
- Practical tools and strategies that fit your life, rather than another system that works brilliantly for a week and then gets forgotten.
- Real progress on the thing that matters to you, and a way of making that progress again in the future.
Ideas to Impact is for you if:
-
you’ve been carrying around an idea, project or change for a while and you’re ready to stop thinking about it and start making progress.
-
you’re tired of relying on willpower and want to find a way of working that fits your brain.
-
you like support and accountability, but don’t want someone else telling you exactly what to do.
- you’re curious enough to experiment, reflect and find out what works for you.
This probably isn’t for you if:
-
you’re after a quick fix.
- you’re want a step-by-step blueprint that tells you exactly what to do.
-
you don’t yet have anything you want to move forward (If that’s where you are, my 1:1 work is often a better place to start).
-
you know you neeed intensive one-to-one support throughout. There’s plenty of guidance here, but it’s built around learning and growing within a small group.
Hi, I’m Kate
Executive Function Specialist & Clinical Hypnotherapist
I help neurodivergent and busy-brained people stop feeling scattered and stuck, and start moving forward on what actually matters to them.
Ideas to Impact grew out of my own experience of being full of ideas and struggling to make them happen. For years I thought I simply needed more discipline. What I found instead was that lasting change comes from understanding how your brain works, lowering the friction that keeps you stuck, and finding approaches that genuinely fit your life.
That’s what I now help other busy-brained people do.
Be part of the first cohort
Ideas to Impact opens for the first time in September 2026, and this first cohort is intentionally small.
As a Founding Member, you’ll get:
- a 45-minute Getting Started Session
- your personalised Executive Function Profile and report
- six guided Practices
- coaching calls
- body doubling sessions
- hypnotherapy recordings to support each Practice
- support from a small community of people working towards their own meaningful goals
Founding Members pay £450 for the first three-month cycle, rather than the full price of £600, in exchange for honest feedback that helps shape future versions of Ideas to Impact.
At the end of the three months, you’re welcome to carry on as part of the community for £150 a quarter, giving you ongoing coaching, accountability, and support as you bring future ideas to life.
Places are limited because I want this first group to feel personal, supportive and spacious enough for everyone to be properly known.
Tell me about your idea
If you’ve been reading this page and feel like this could be a good fit for you, I’d love to hear about the idea that you want to make happen.
Complete the short form below and I’ll be in touch within two working days.
There isn’t a perfect answer to any of these questions, and there’s no need to have it all figured out before you get in touch, that’s exactly what Ideas to Impact is here for!
