1:1 support

Support that’s built entirely around you

Personalised executive function coaching and hypnotherapy for people who are done with systems that don’t fit and ready to create one that does.

Why it feels so hard

Your brain has been working overtime in a world that wasn’t designed for it.

There’s always something running in the background; ideas, responsibilities, unfinished tasks, expectations… and somewhere in the middle, there’s you, trying to hold it all together while everything feels super urgent.

Maybe you:

  • Start with good intentions but spiral into overthinking, perfectionism, or avoidance
  • Juggle a million mental tabs, but struggle to prioritise what matters most
  • Rely on pressure to get things done, and then crash

  • Bounce between bursts of productivity and complete shutdown

  • Know you’re capable, but feel stuck in frustrating cycles

A lot of this is how ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or other neurodivergent wiring shows up day to day, although plenty of people relate to this without any of those labels at all.

Forget about blaming motivation or overload. It’s more about how your executive functions operate; where your natural strengths lie, where things feel more challenging, and how pressure changes the picture.

In 1:1 work, we map that properly. We design structure around your natural patterns. Where needed, we can layer in hypnotherapy to shift the deeper beliefs and patterns so change actually embeds rather than something you have to force.

How 1:1 Support Works

1:1 work is focused and intentional.

It gives you space to untangle what’s been going on, and structure to actively shift how you’re working and responding day-to-day.

We’ll look at real situations where you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed. We’ll unpack what was happening and test new strategies that fit your capacity and energy.

You’ll start to notice your patterns more clearly – where you tend to overcommit, avoid, overthink, or rely on pressure. From there, we build structure around your natural strengths, using them to support the areas that feel harder.

Executive functions are a set of skills, and with the right support and repetition, those skills can strengthen over time.

This isn’t generic accountability coaching. It’s structured executive function work, grounded in behavioural strategy and supported by deeper subconscious change when needed.

Some sessions are practical and strategic, and others go deeper into the beliefs or triggers underneath. Over time, the goal is simple: things feel steadier, more manageable, and more like you.

What you’ll gain

Not a new system to maintain, but a way of working that finally feels natural.

  • A clearer understanding of how your brain works under pressure
  • Practical structure that reduces mental overload and decision fatigue
  • Steadier follow-through, without running on last-minute pressure
  • Clearer prioritisation when everything feels urgent
  • The ability to catch overthinking or avoidance earlier, and shift it
  • A steadier response when things go off track, so one wobble doesn’t become a spiral
  • Greater trust in your own judgement and capacity

Over time, this translates into more visible progress; momentum that doesn’t stall, and following through on what matters to you.

We don’t add more to your plate, it’s about making the things you’re already doing feel less like a fight.

Choose Your Level of Support

Support is available online (Zoom).
Whether you need help untangling one specific problem or want someone alongside you as you change how you work, here are the ways to work with me 1:1:

    Strategy Session £150

A focused 60-minute session to untangle something that’s currently getting in the way.

Maybe you’re going round in circles on a decision, can’t seem to get started on something important, have too many competing priorities, or know what you want to do but can’t seem to make it happen.

We’ll look at what’s actually happening, identify what’s getting in the way, and work out a practical way forward that fits how your brain works.

Best for: a specific challenge, a decision you’re stuck on, or getting clarity on what you need next.

    Personalised 1:1 Support £400/month

Personalised support to help you change how you work, so you can find ways of working that actually fit your brain.

Our work together might include executive function coaching, practical strategy and, where appropriate, hypnotherapy to support deeper pattern change.

We meet fortnightly to look at what’s happening, work out what’s getting in the way, and adapt your approach as you go.

Between sessions, you can use voice or text messages to check in, think something through, troubleshoot when things go off track, or get support putting your plans into action.

    Includes:

    • Fortnightly 60-minute 1:1 sessions
    • Voice and text support between sessions, Monday-Friday, 9-4
    • Executive function profiling
    • Practical EF coaching and strategy development
    • Check-ins and support between sessions as things arise

For new clients, the initial commitment is three months. After that, support continues month-to-month for as long as it’s useful.

Best for: people who want personalised support to understand what’s getting in the way and find ways of working that actually fit them.

    Bespoke Hypnotherapy Recording £120

A personalised hypnotherapy recording created around a specific goal, pattern, or problem you’re trying to shift.

After a short conversation about what’s getting in your way, I’ll create a recording specifically for you, designed to support change at a subconscious level.

It can be used as a standalone piece of support.
If you’re already working with me, I may also recommend a bespoke recording where I think it would complement the work we’re doing together.

    Kind Words

“The three sessions that I had with you, were absolutely mind blowing, I’ve been inspired and had the courage to “find” myself and to be more than just a partner and a mother. I have begun to formulate plans and strategies to both change the structure of my day and also how I perceive myself. Changes are most definitely being made! I also now realise that I do not require a label to define myself. I am me and that is enough.”

    Jane

“My time with Kate enabled me to look at things from different perspectives, this has all had a great positive impact. Kate is insightful, skilled and nurturing and I would really recommend working with her. I found the whole experience extremely calming and great for the soul.”

    Catherine

“Kate’s sessions have guided me from feeling very lost and overwhelmed in my career and ways of thinking to being able to understand what really matters and to more confidently move forward more instinctually and follow my nose. They’ve helped me feel more confident about my skills and experience and that my dreams are possible.”

    Jenny

“I have felt I have lost who I am, feel misunderstood, angry and anxious a lot of the time, being triggered very easily and not understanding why. Just one session with Kate took me to a place where I could regain my inner calm and realise who I am. I’d highly recommend that anyone reading this to take that step and contact Kate!”

    Charlotte

“My self belief has gone sky high. I feel such confidence that I have never felt before. I never anticipated that I would get so much out of my time with Kate. It’s like a veil has been lifted and I finally feel an inner peace in myself. I couldn’t recommend it enough.”

    Emma

“I came to see Kate struggling with my identity after a career break. Through a combination of coaching and hypnosis Kate helped me attack my CV with excitement and confidence and within just two sessions I had a clearer idea of what I wanted to be doing and how to get there with renewed ambition and self-belief. The hypnosis helped me to bolster this confidence and focus on the tasks we had discussed in the sessions. Now I am ready to start contacting prospective employers and am excited about my next chapter.”

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to benefit from this work.

Many of the people I work with identify as neurodivergent, while others know that traditional approaches to productivity and achieving their goals don’t work particularly well for them.

You don’t need to arrive with a label. We’ll focus on understanding your natural strengths, differences, and stress responses, and building structure around them so you can work at your best.

Do I have to do hypnotherapy?

No. Hypnotherapy is one of the tools I can use, but it isn’t an automatic part of your coaching.

Depending on what we’re working on, we might use practice EF strategies alone, or hypnotherapy may be useful alongside them. We’ll always discuss this together first.

    Is this therapy?

No. This is executive function-led coaching with hypnotherapy available where appropriate.

The focus is on understanding what’s getting in the way, finding practical ways of working that fit you, and experimenting with those approaches in real life.

If you would benefit from therapeutic or clinical support beyond what I offer, I’ll always let you know.

What does the 1:1 support actually look like?

We meet fortnightly for a 60-minute session. We’ll look at what’s happening, work out what’s getting in the way, and decide what to try next.

Between sessions, you can use voice or text messages to check in, think something through, troubleshoot when something isn’t working, or get support putting your plans into action.

The aim isn’t to give you another system to follow. It’s to work out what actually works for you and adapt it as you go.

What if I fall off track between sessions?

That’s part of the work! It is useful information, not a failure.

Things rarely go exactly to plan, particularly when you’re changing how you work. You can use the between-session support to check in, think something through, or troubleshoot when something goes off track.

We’ll use what happens in real life to work out what needs adjusting, rather than treating every wobble as something you’ve done wrong.

How long do I need to commit for?

For new 1:1 clients, the initial commitment is three months.

This gives us enough time to understand what’s happening, try different approaches in real life, and see what actually works for you.

After the initial three months, you can continue month-to-month for as long as the support is useful.

If you have a specific, contained issue, a one-off Strategy Session may be a better fit.

You don’t have to keep doing this the hard way

You already know that more hacks or pressure won’t fix it. What makes the difference is understanding how your brain works, and having support that’s built entirely around you.
