1:1 support
Executive Function Coaching
Personalised support for busy-brained people who are tired of stop-start cycles and want structure that actually fits.
Why it feels so hard
Your mind never really switches off.
There’s always something running in the background – ideas, responsibilities, unfinished tasks, expectations… and somewhere in the middle – you, trying to hold it all together while everything feels super urgent.
In a world built around linear thinking and consistent output, it can feel like you’re always behind, no matter how hard you try.
Maybe you:
- Start with good intentions but spiral into overthinking, perfectionism, or avoidance
- Juggle a million mental tabs, but struggle to prioritise what matters most
-
Rely on pressure to get things done – and then crash
-
Bounce between bursts of productivity and complete shutdown
-
Know you’re capable, but feel stuck in frustrating cycles
This isn’t just about motivation or overload. It’s about how your executive functions operate – where your natural strengths lie, where things feel more challenging, and how pressure changes the picture.
In 1:1 work, we map how your executive functions profile properly. We look at what genuinely supports you, what derails you, and we design structure around your natural patterns.
Where needed, we layer in hypnotherapy to shift deeper beliefs and behaviours so the changes embed and feel more natural, rather than something you have to keep forcing.
How 1:1 Support Works
1:1 work is focused and intentional.
It gives you space to untangle what’s been going on, and structure to actively shift how you’re working and responding day-to-day.
We’ll look at real situations where you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed. We’ll unpack what was happening and test new strategies that fit your capacity and energy.
You’ll start to notice your patterns more clearly – where you tend to overcommit, avoid, overthink, or rely on pressure. From there, we build structure around your natural strengths, using them to support the areas that feel harder.
Executive functions are a set of skills – and with the right support and repetition, those skills can strengthen over time.
This isn’t generic accountability coaching. It’s structured executive function work, grounded in behavioural strategy and supported by deeper subconscious change when needed.
Some sessions are practical and strategic. Others go deeper into the beliefs or triggers underneath. Over time, the goal is simple: things feel steadier, more manageable, and more aligned with how your brain actually works.
What you’ll gain
When we work together, you’ll get:
- A clearer understanding of how your brain works under pressure
- Practical structure that reduces mental overload and decision fatigue
- More consistent follow-through without relying on last-minute stress
- Clearer prioritisation when everything feels urgent
- The ability to catch overthinking or avoidance earlier – and shift it
- A steadier response when things go off track, so one wobble doesn’t become a spiral
-
Greater trust in your own judgement and capacity
Over time, this translates into more visible progress – ideas that don’t stall, work that actually gets completed, and fewer opportunities lost to burnout or self-doubt.
You’re not constantly starting from scratch. You’re building momentum you can actually sustain.
Choose Your Level of Support
Support is available online or in-person (Cranbrook, Kent).
Bespoke packages can be created based on your needs and goals.
Focus Session £120
A single 60-minute session to work through a specific challenge.
If you’re feeling stuck on something specific – a decision you’re circling, feeling stuck in avoidance, or overwhelmed by competing priorities, we’ll work through it together.
You’ll leave with clearer direction and practical next steps that fit how your brain actually works.
Best for: a contained issue or a first experience of working together.
6 Session Intensive £660
Six 1:1 sessions where we can work on a recurring cycle – overthinking, procrastination, burnout, or constant stop-start progress.
We begin by mapping how your brain naturally works – where you thrive, where things feel harder, and what shifts when pressure increases. From there, we design practical strategies and structure around your strengths, test them in real life, and adjust as needed.
This is where you stop relying on last-minute stress to function and start building steadier follow-through.
Includes:
- 6 one-to-one sessions
- Executive function profiling
- Personalised strategy design
- Email or voice-note support between sessions
- Hypnotherapy integration where helpful
Best for: shifting a specific pattern and building more reliable consistency.
3 Month Support £1200
Ongoing, personalised work for building steadier progress over time.
We start by mapping how your brain works at its best (your strengths, preferences, and natural patterns) as well as what changes when capacity dips or pressure rises. From there, we build strategies and structure that fit you and strengthen the skills that make planning, prioritising, and follow-through easier.
This is where change moves from “I understand what’s happening” to “I can actually sustain this.”
Includes:
- 12 one-to-one sessions
- Executive function profiling
- Strategy refinement and skill strengthening
- Bespoke hypnotherapy recording
- Email or voice-note support between sessions
Best for: embedding consistency you can trust and turning ideas into visible, sustained progress.
Kind Words
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to do hypnotherapy?
No. Hypnotherapy is integrated where it’s helpful – not automatically used in every session.
The foundation of this work is understanding how the brain works and building structure around it. Hypnotherapy can support deeper pattern change when needed, but it’s always collaborative and discussed inadvance.
Is this therapy?
No. This is executive function-led coaching with integrated hypnotherapy tools.
We focus on practical structure, behavioural patterns, and real-life implementation – not clinical diagnosis or open-ended processing.
If you would benefit from therapeutic-level support, I’ll always say so.
Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
No. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to benefit from this work. Many of the people I support identify as neurodivergent – others simply know their brain doesn’t respond well to traditional productivity advice.
My approach is neurodivergent-affirming. We focus on understanding your natural strengths, differences, and stress responses, and building structure around them – not forcing you into systems that don’t fit.
If you do have a diagnosis, we’ll take that into account. If you don’t, that’s equally fine.
How often do we meet?
Sessions are typically weekly or fortnightly, depending on the level of support you choose.
The 3-month option usually runs weekly to allow for consistency and skills-building.
What if I fall off track between sessions?
That’s part of the work!
We use real-life wobbles as data, so we can adapt when needed to find the best structure and support for you.
Between-session voice and email support is available in the 6-session and 3-month options, so you’re not navigating it alone.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available for the 6-session and 3-month options. If spreading the investment makes it easier to commit properly, we can arrange that.
The most important thing is choosing the level of support that allows you to engage fully and consistently.
How do I know which option is right?
Start with a discovery call.
We’ll talk through what’s going on and decide together whether a single session or longer-term support works best for you.
You don’t have to keep doing this the hard way
You already know that more hacks or pressure won’t fix it. What makes the difference is understanding how your brain works – and having the right kind of support to build around that.
If you’re ready to move forward more steadily, you can book a discovery call below.
