What is hypnotherapy, and how does it work?
Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful way to shift subconscious patterns – like people-pleasing, procrastination, or chronic self-doubt – that might be holding you back. It’s deeply relaxing, completely safe, and highly effective.
In a session, we use hypnosis to help your body feel calm and your mind become more focused and receptive. It’s a natural state – similar to zoning out while scrolling on your phone, getting lost in a film, or driving a familiar route on autopilot. You already dip in and out of this state every day.
You’ll remain aware and in control the whole time. You won’t be made to do or say anything you don’t want to – this is a collaborative process. I guide you with gentle questions and tailored suggestions to help you access the answers, shifts, and inner clarity already within you. You might release an old belief, rewrite an unhelpful thought pattern, or simply see something in a new light – allowing real, lasting change to unfold.
What can I expect during a session?

Can I start with a one-off session and decide later?
